Aqua Blue Pools and Spas was founded in effort to provide superior pool service and repair to the greater Phoenix area. After multiple years in the industry and seeing the lack of quality work being done, Hal Quiram decided to start something of his own and pledge to both his customers and himself to provide the best pool services offered in Arizona.
